Escalatr. is a technology-driven complaint resolution platform that facilitates structured communication between consumers and companies. Advisory Opinions issued by Resolution Advisors are non-binding professional recommendations. They do not constitute enforceable orders or binding decisions. Neither party is legally required to accept or comply with an Advisory Opinion. Users retain all statutory rights to approach relevant authorities or other dispute resolution mechanisms at any time.
